LDPE post consumption

LDPE granules are produced with twin screw extruders with double filter through industrial film processing, deriving from sorted waste.

Processing involves film collection, type and colour selection, grinding, washing, densification and then extrusion.

The granules are split up into application types and granule quality changes based on intended use, in particular, they are different in terms of MFI, filtration (from 100 to 1000 microns) and base colour.

They are used in industrial film, for construction, rubbish bags, WPC, sandwich panels, and moulding buckets, plant pots and other articles. Packaging comes in 1200-1300 kg BBs.
