The agreement between Eni gas e luce, CNA COSTRUZIONI and Harley&Dikkinson, announced through Eni's press release, in order to promote citizens' awareness of government incentives on energy requalifications, creates a constructive information and problem management project both technical and fiscal, which addresses the implementation problems of restructuring interventions and the national objectives of modifying the Italian real estate heritage in the direction of sustainability.


Eni gas e luce, CNA COSTRUZIONI and Harley&Dikkinson have signed an agreement to promote the opportunities connected to the energy requalification and seismic safety of buildings, in order to be able to exploit the opportunities of tax incentives in the ecobonus, seismabonus and Superbonus 110% sectors, introduced by the recent Relaunch Decree 34/2020 (converted into law no. 77 of 17 July 2020).

Furthermore, thanks to this agreement, the national network of territorial consortia, promoted by CNA Costruzioni and called Requalify Italy, will be able to join the CappottoMio service as a Partner with the possibility, in particular, of transferring gas and electricity to Eni tax credits deriving from the interventions.

The agreement signed between Eni gas e luce, CNA Costruzioni and Harley&Dikkinson pursues the strategic objective of increasing the country's interest in reducing energy consumption, which brings concrete advantages for the environment, while at the same time enhancing the housing stock and increasing market opportunities for construction companies.

Through the creation of specific training meetings on the national territory, also planned in webinar mode, in which experts from Eni gas e luce and Harley&Dikkinson will participate, together with specific communications through the information channels of CNA COSTRUZIONI, all the consortia of companies that join Let's requalify Italy will be able to explore the opportunities deriving from energy requalification interventions and the seismic safety of buildings, also thanks to the incentives provided, with the possibility, if desired, of qualifying as a partner of the CappottoMio Project of Eni gas and electricity.
