The recycled LDPE granule is extruded through the use of post-consumer packaging film waste, which is selected, ground, washed and densified before being granulated as a second raw material (recycled).

Technical characteristics of LDPE granules from post-consumer waste:

MFI: 0,6 +/- 0,5 at 190 ° / 2,16 Kg. (ISO 1133)

Density: 0.921 +/- 12 gr./cm3 (ISO 1183)

Percentage of PP: less than 4%

Yield Strength: 13.4 +/- 0.8 MPa (ISO 527)

Elongation at break: 116 +/- 30% (ISO 527)

Filtration: 160 microns
