Code: 222. Melt-Blown PP material is a special raw material for melt-blown non-woven fabrics.

It is made of high quality polypropylene as the basic raw material and is produced by internationally leading processing technology which has stable flowability, tight molecular weight distribution, low ash content, no other product residues, excellent performance spinning and other excellent characteristics.

The application includes:

• Ultra fine-melt blown non-woven fabric
• Typical end use applications including diapers
• Sanitary napkins
• Absorbent mats for oil
• Wipes, wet fabrics, masks
• Medicinal and air filtration media.

This special grade is given Electret properties through a specialized process.
